  • What are the Rental Policy's & Conditions?
    Reservations Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance. Rates and properties are subject to change without notice. Rates and properties are not guaranteed. Confirmations Upon receipt of your final advanced reservation payment, your reservation confirmation will be e-mailed to you. Enclosed will be directions, arrival instructions and a separate attachment on things you can do while staying in Pass-a-Grille, the house rules and a map of the property. Please be sure to print all sheets. Pet Policy Must be approved in advance by Owner--Pets must be non-aggressive toward other animals, adults or children. You must have a health note from your vet dated within 30 days of travel- you must either take a picture and email that to me or send it to me in the mail- It has to note that pet is on a flea treatment/heart worm program. We will need a copy of your pet's health certificate for our files 3 weeks prior to your arrival. You are responsible for picking up after your animal. There is a cleaning fee of $35 required for pet owners in a one-bedroom house. Family Rentals Only All properties are for family & adult rentals only. No properties will be rented to vacationing students or adults under the age of 25 who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST BE STAYING IN THE PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES. ANY VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED AND FORFEIT ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS. THIS POLICY INCLUDES RESERVATIONS MADE BY PARENTS OR GUARDIANS WHO CHECK UNDERAGE GUESTS IN, THEN LEAVE BEFORE THE ENTIRE STAY IS COMPLETED. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.141, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. Property Damage Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals ask that if any damages are found upon a guest’s arrival that they report them immediately. An active credit card is required to maintain the reservation and the integrity of the property. By making a reservation with Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals you waive your right to dispute any charges that are made to your credit card regarding this policy. Non-billing stipulations include: No damage to the property or theft No violations of rental policies Rental is left in a neat and orderly condition All garbage is removed from the property Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals reserves the right to bill the credit card for violations of this policy. Minimum Stay Requirements All properties require three (3) night minimums. In some cases a minimum stay of 1 nights will be allowed. Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals will determine when a property will allow a less than a three night stay. Pets No pets. Smoking Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals. Any guests found to be in violation of this policy will be billed an additional fee. Subletting Reservations are not transferrable. Maintenance Please report any maintenance issues during your stay. Maintenance orders will be handled in the order they are received. Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals staff and authorized vendors may enter the properties to respond to any maintenance or housekeeping issues during your stay. There are NO refunds or adjustments for maintenance issues or unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, telephone, television, cable or satellite providers, appliances or air conditioning. Internet Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals has internet access, for no additional charge. Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals does not, however, guarantee internet connectivity. If a guest does access any internet content during your stay you do so at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that any accessed material does not violate laws regarding copyright, trademarks, pornography or any material deemed slanderous, defamatory or offensive. No refunds will be given due to loss of internet service. Beach Towels Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals provides beach towels. Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals does not allow any towels, sheets, blankets, or furniture to be removed from a property when vacating the premises. Housekeeping All properties will be stocked with an initial supply of coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher soap. Once this initial supply is depleted it is up to the guest discretion to purchase additional during their stay if needed. NeighborhoodRules Most neighborhoods have strict rules in many cases regarding parking, garbage removal, and respect for neighbors privacy as well as noise level. For questions about restrictions please contact Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals. Guests are encouraged to be good neighbors. Special Events Weddings and special events are not permitted at most Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals properties. Long-Term Rentals/Mailboxes Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals does not guarantee use of a mailbox with every rental. If you are a long-term guest please check with Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals before having your mail forwarded to your designated property address. Disclaimer The Renter agrees that Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals shall not be liable to Renter, Renter’s Guests, Invitees or any Person for any injury, loss or damage to any Person or Property on or about the rental premises. Renter shall hold Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals harmless and indemnified from and against all loss or damage occasioned by use, misuses or abuse of any part of or fixture on the premises, surrounding areas and from or against any omission, neglect or default of the Renter, his/her Guests or Invitees. The Renter acknowledges that Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals acting solely in the capacity of property owner, assumes no liability here under.
  • What does Advanced Payment mean?
    An advanced reservation payment of fifty (50) percent is required to confirm your reservation at time of booking. Advanced reservation payments are not damage deposits. Advanced reservation payments are made by credit card, bank transfer, or check. Any remaining balances are due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date. Reservations made within twenty-one (21) days of arrival date require full payment at time of booking. Reservations made on this site will require a deposit of half the rental amount balance to confirm booking with the remaining half, taxes and fees as well as the damage deposit due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival.
  • What are the Rates and Fees?
    Rates- All published rates are based on specific property location, size and amenities. Rates are subject to change without notice. St Pete Vacation House Rentals reserves the right to correct rates that may have been misquoted regardless of how the error was made. Taxes - Tax in Pinellas County is 6%. Tax for the State is 7% so total tax is 13% Guests are responsible for paying all taxes. Processing Fees- At this time there are no processing fees. Additional Fees- A non-refundable housekeeping fee will be charged to all reservations. Housekeeping fees vary on the size of the property.
  • What is the Cancellation Policy?
    Cancellation It is strongly encouraged that all guests purchase CSA Travel Protection Insurance. Any guests choosing not to purchase CSA Travel Protection Insurance may only cancel 6 weeks prior to their scheduled arrival date and receive a refund of the advanced payment, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Travel insurance now includes Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) option. You must opt in at time of booking for this to apply to your stay. St Pete Vacation House Rentals does not give refunds for Man-Made, unsupported emergencies (anything where the Pass a Grille beach is not under a mandatory evacuation zone) and/or for Technological disasters. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Notice of cancellation by Guest: Notice must be in writing or email - Refund Policy: If notified 6 weeks prior to arrival then full refund less $100 in admin. fees. Should you cancel your stay within 6 weeks of your arrival you will not receive a refund for the rent and taxes However you will not be charged a security deposit and you will be refunded the cleaning fee. We recommend trip insurance to help cover the cost of upcoming issues. Please read any details in the insurance policy so that you know their rules. Guest will be charged a $100 administrative fee for changes to reservations. **NOTE: If you have rented through VRBO/Homeaway their service charge which was paid in the initial payment will NOT be refunded. Should St Pete Vacation House rentals cancel before 12 noon local time on the scheduled day of arrival, Pass-a-Grille Beach House's liability to the guest will be no greater than the amount paid by the guest in respect of the booking. To file a claim with CSA Travel Insurance call 800-554-9839. Hurricanes/Tropical Storms No refunds will be made due to Hurricanes or Tropical Storms, even in the event of mandatory evacuations. Refunds for Hurricanes or Tropical Storm evacuations are only given through CSA Travel Protection Insurance- under their policys.
  • What are the Check in and Out Times?
    Check-In Time Check-in time begins at 3 p.m. Local Time. In some cases, access to your property may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. Pass-a-Grille Beach House Rentals does not guarantee early arrivals. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Check-out Time Check-out time is no later than 11 a.m. Local Time on the scheduled day of departure. Any guests departing after 11 a.m. will be subject to an additional fee. Guests are expected to leave the properties in neat condition, take out all trash and clean all dishes, pull bed linens and towels. If a property is left excessively dirty guests will incur additional charges.
