October through May you can stroll downtown to the Saturday morning market (among the top 20 markets in the country) only steps from the waterfront and enjoy live music, fresh produce, great food, and crafts. Catch a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field or take in a show or concert at the Mahaffey Theater. A Foodie's dream is at the Locale Market where you can find world-class cuisine to fit anyone's palate. Prepared food to eat in or cook it your favorite way. Very close by is the serene Sunken Gardens with luscious tropical gardens and cascading waterfalls. Easy access to I-275, USF St Pete, Eckerd College, and beaches. Ft DeSoto Park has 7 miles of waterfront, beaches, 2 fishing piers, trails for biking and rollerblading, and rentals for canoes and kayaks. There is a 2-mile paddle trail to explore the coastline. Dogs are welcomed at the extensive leash-free dog beach.

Hop on the Looper Trolley downtown St Pete and visit the quaint Pass-A-Grille with beautiful white sand beach or stop in St Pete Beach and enjoy scrumptious fresh seafood such as grouper, stone crabs, snapper, oysters, or clams.

There is parking for one car off the street and the rental has its own separate outside entrance and small sitting patio. Inside, there is a table for two for eating or working in the open floor plan Queen bedroom and Livingroom area. The TV is a smart TV Newly finished full kitchen has dishwasher and stove and beautiful finishes to look out to the saltwater lagoon pool from the kitchen window.

The courtyard and pool are shared area on the property with beautiful live oak trees. There is a patio area where you can relax and enjoy your favorite beverage or meal. A Weber Grill is also available for your use outside
